How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time is approximately 2 weeks after ordering. Shipping time is calculated at checkout. Magical Mania Ears is not responsible for shipping time or damages.

How does Local pick up/delivery work?

Local pick up will be available in ZIP Code 70003 and immediate surrounding ZIP Codes. If you are located within approximately 30 miles of ZIP Code 70003, you will be able to get your ears delivered to you at a location specified during checkout. If you are unsure if your location is eligible for delivery, please Contact Us before placing your order. 

What size are the ears?

One size fits most. Ages 4 & up recommended, depending on head size. Ears are on a 1-inch headband.

If you would like your ears to fit more snug on your head, we recommend using hair snap clips on each side of the headband.

How heavy are the ears?

Ears are lightweight. Depending on the ears' design, some may be heaver than others. 

Should the ears be worn on rides?

It is not recommended to wear ears on fast, thrill rides or water rides. Ears are not waterproof. 

Where should the ears be stored during a flight?

Ears should be stored in a Carry-on bag during flights. 

*Do not leave your ears in a hot space for too long.

What if I want a different bow or don't want a bow on the ears?

Most ears can be made without bows or with a different bow color. These options are on each ear when ordering. 

Can custom orders be made?

Yes, custom orders can be made, to an extent. Please send a message on the Contact Us page to inquire.

What do I do if a Promo Code is not working?
